I went to the pumpkin patch in Auburn, AL with my Project Uplift "little sister." We went on a hayride and even got to pet a goat! She loved it. I was given permission to use this photo.
Took a field trip to Auburn Fisheries with the Auburn University Early Learning Center! We got to touch and feed fish. We also got to practice fishing! This picture was taken when we were waiting our turn for the fishing poles! I was given permission to use this photo.

My Jobs
Here are a couple of my most recent jobs with their links to their websites included!
Good Shepherd Summer Camp and Good Shepherd After School Program
Good Shepherd Catholic School is a kindergarten through eighth grade school located in Evansville, Indiana. I worked as a summer day camp counselor for eight weeks at the school. I was responsible for leading a group of 20 children ages 5-7. We played games and went on field trips to local museums, movie theaters, inflatable party facilities, and the public pool. I worked nine hour shifts.
I also worked for Good Shepherd's After School Program. I assisted all age students with homework and played games. I enjoyed building rapport with the students and hearing about their days.
Patient Care Technician at Deaconess Hospital
I worked over two years at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, on the Neurology ICU step-down unit as a patient care technician. Usually known as a CNA, I performed duties such as bathing, taking vitals, checking blood sugars, charting in the computer system, and engaging in patient interaction. This was a wonderful experience, and I learned so much about hospital practices and how to interact with all different kinds of people.
